Refund / Cancellation Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund for an online training course if:

  • You request a refund within 5 days of your purchase, and you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • The course content is significantly different from the course description, and we are unable to address your concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing or using the course, and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for reasons unrelated to the quality or functionality of our online training courses, such as changes in your personal circumstances, lack of time to complete the course, or purchasing the course by mistake.

Refund / Cancellation Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Course Exchanges

In certain cases, we may offer you the option to exchange your purchased course for another course of equal or lesser value, subject to the same conditions outlined in the Refund Eligibility section above.
